I am Sadegh Amirzadeh, a 42-year-old Iranian Mechanical Engineer and Industrial designer, residing in Vaasa, and CEO of the Amiran Technical Services group (Limited company in the near future). For your information, our group can provide most technical and digital services to any residential, public body, or company, including main or ancillary services for each space or facility, or during the installation of any project. In that sense, I can explain our services as per your request in our conversation, a business model to establish a digital platform for the existing or under construction projects, to ensure the technical standards, budgeting limitations, and, most importantly, to raise the energy efficiency by running a Product-Service-Software system.
For now, I am enriching the team (especially with an Automation expertise), but instantly, our team includes one Mechanical and manufacturing engineer, one Electrical Engineer, one ICT project manager, one IT helpdesk engineer (part-time), one Telecom Engineer, one HVAC engineer (part-time), one Data manager and AI expert (part-time), one Front-End software engineer, a grid post-doc (part time), and one ERP senior expert.
Briefly speaking, our business model is to install the required IoT sensors on every installation or repair we conduct after the needed technical service, record operational data, and sell our monitoring and supervising, and/or maintenance services to our clients, even after the first time.
Our long-term strategy is to utilize the registered, certified, and reputable expertise and workforce from the known servicing companies for subcontracting the big projects that require more capabilities than we have. In this way, we avoid unnecessary expenses and focus more on the developmental pathways by getting support from related bodies such as your organization and Business Finland.
